Our mission statement is:

To create and implement a strategy and roadmap for the sustainable development of Montserrat in which all people will have the opportunity to live wholesome productive lives based on principles of universal love, respect, empathy, equity, self reliance and creativity.

The United Alliance party leadership consists of Reuben T Meade, the party founder and leader, along with Dr Ingrid Buffonge,Veronica Dorsette-Hector,Dwayne Hixon,John Osborne,Jenzil O. Skerritt, Anne Thomas,George Kirnon and Marjorie Smith. They bring decades of combined experience across law, business, education and community organizing to provide principled leadership.
